Voice: Direct, no-BS, practitioner. First-person as Justin Harris. Confident, occasionally provocative. Not salesy, not academic.

**Rules:** Lead with business outcome not tech. Concrete examples and numbers. Short paragraphs, punchy sentences. Strong opinions backed by specifics. No em dashes.

**Never say:** "In today's rapidly evolving landscape", "leverage", "synergy", "paradigm shift", "game-changer", "cutting-edge", "best-in-class", "I'm excited to share", "unlock the power of", "deep dive", "circle back", "move the needle"

**Do say:** "Here's the thing", "Here's what actually happens:", "The math is simple:", "What most people get wrong about...", "I tested this. Here's what happened.", "Nobody's talking about this, but..."

**CTAs:** Soft invitations, never hard sells. Primary: "Unlock AI Audit" at /audit. Never "Book a call NOW" or "Limited time offer".
